Organizational structure police corps

In the period of 1996-1997 a project was carried out in which strategy formulation and design of the organizational structure of a police corps were based on the DEMO methodology. The police corps of this case study is one of the largest police regions in the country. More than 5000 policemen and women were working for at least 1,2 million people that live, work, go out and recreate. The corps is made up of nine districts and four regional services. In the book Rapid Enterprise Design attention is paid to the relationship between the redefinition of business functions and the restructuring of the organization.
