Ing. Henk Bos, Business annalist at Le Blanc Advies. Optimizing business process and specifically active as requirements engineer to translate the desired functions into requirements. DEMO is a very welcome method to get, as much as possible, a thorough map of an organization. Especially with the PM and SD, the boundaries for the I-organization (where the requirements are meant for) are well defined.

Ron is senior consultant at Pallas Athena, a supplier of Business Process Management software (BPM|one). DEMO is very useful, because it enables us to get at the real business processes of our clients, by abstracting from information and document related tasks. Next to that, by applying DEMO we obtain all the business rules and all the vital information that is used in the business of our clients. This is extremely valuable for all kinds of operations, but we primarily use it to build software applications that enable our clients to get a grip on their business processes.

Jo Douven is organisatiepsycholoog.
